Fees & Payment

You can find the standard fee for our providers below. You will discuss length and frequency of sessions with your provider in the first few sessions. Therapy fees vary by provider based on location, education, training, and license status. We believe that therapy should be accessible and that clinicians should be provided fair compensation for their service - we take both into account when setting fees.

At this time our providers are not in-network with commercial insurance. Please review your benefit information or contact your insurance provider to get an estimate for out of network coverage. You are also able to use FSA benefits with our payment system. We are happy to answer any questions related to fees and discuss changes when circumstances are indicated.

In Person: Cancellations before 48 hours are not billed. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-show appointments are billed at normal standard rate for scheduled service. Please discuss with your clinician if you have any concerns.

Telehealth: Cancellations before 24 hours are not billed. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-show appointments are billed at normal standard rate for scheduled service. Your clinician may be able offer a reschedule session within the week but cannot guarantee availability. Please discuss with your clinician if you have any concerns.
