Royanne brings experience from outpatient community clinical settings and intensive outpatient programs specializing in supporting clients dealing with transitions, anxiety, depression, eating disorder recovery, perfectionism, grief and loss, and trauma. Utilizing a warm, directive style she employs integrative, client-centered and psychodynamic approaches including Attachment theory, DBT, and Family Based Treatment (FBT), to supports clients’ with building skills in relationship development, crisis management, establishing coping skills, developing personal growth, increasing mindfulness and sense of self to promote increased meaning and relationship with self, others, and their environment.

Erica Hill, AMFT

Erica brings experience working in outpatient, community and school based care working with diverse individuals working through various traumas, challenging family dynamics, racial identity, anxiety, and depression. She uses a social justice and trauma-informed lens in her work, being mindful of the ways that different systems and historical/intergenerational traumas impact each individual. Erica takes a holistic client-centered approach to therapy while integrating modalities like Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in her practice.

Srijana is a multicultural Asian American dedicated to providing counseling to individuals and couples. She supports clients in navigating through personal life conflicts, trauma, relational stressors and conflict, chemical dependency and substance use. She practices a direct and authentic approach utilizing evidence based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused, Attachment Therapy, Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
