Associate Opportunities
We are currently seeking folks with experience in disordered eating spectrum and body image disorders
What Respire offers:
paid W-2 employment with PTO, sick time, and educational credit
All practice related software including EHR, billing, and telehealth platform
Supervision with licensed, experienced MFT specializing in eating disorder and body image, trauma, and substance use and passionate about applying social justice principles, equity and advocacy in their work.
Flexible schedule and support building caseload with opportunities to work with adults, couples, families and groups
Support with licensing process and learning the basics of running your own business
Option to keep caseload after licensure under your own practice or transfer to another Associate within Respire
Who we’re looking for:
registered AMFT’s transitioning from a clinic or other setting with an established caseload of 3+ and more than !500 accrued hours
Experience working within or interest in skill enhancement of one of the following areas: eating disorder and body image, trauma, and/or substance use
Interest in working with supervisor who utilizes a systemic framework and works from Narrative, IFS, and compassion focused modalities.
Folks excited about applying social justice and equity lens in their work
Folks excited to learn about managing a private practice
Currently, folks who have the capacity to work remotely are given preference. Supervision and services are all being provided via telehealth. As the situation changes, it may be required that the Associate is able to travel to an office in San Francisco to participate in supervision and/or provide services.
